Customers Policy:​

Deposits

A £20.00 deposit is taken for all NEW customers , via pay-by-link or in person. The deposit is non-refundable once the booking has taken place. 

Reminder texts 

Reminders for appointments will be texted 48 hours in advance to remind our appointment, please press "C" to confirm or give us a call to reschedule or cancel. 

No Shows 

If you fail to attend an appointment, when you rebook a 50% CHARGE will be added on top of the full groom.

Last Minute Cancellations

We require 24 HOURS notice for any cancellations or rebooking, failing to do so will endure a 50% CHARGE onto the next groom.

Lateness / Late Pick-up

We give customers a 10 minute grace period if they are running late, anything over 10 minutes, you will be charged on top of your groom.

Late pickup, anything over 30 minutes we will charge on top of your groom, unfortunately we don't have the room to keep your dogs as it a very small salon. 

Fleas 

If a dog arrives at the salon with fleas, a flea bath will be given and an additional £12.00 fee will be added to the groom. 

Dogs in Season

Due to the number of dogs in the salon, we are unable to groom dogs in season, they must also be booked at least 2 weeks after their season has finished. ​

Mattings 

If a dog is matted, we may need to groom shorter than requested for the comfort and welfare of the dog. A de-matting fee from £10.00 may apply due to the extra time involved and increased wear on our equipment. â€‹
